Used to increase pH; 1 gram per gallon adds 106 ppm calcium, 158 ppm carbonate.

Used to lower mash pH; 1 gram per gallon adds 72 ppm calcium, 127 ppm chloride.

Used to increase acidity. One teaspoon per gallon will increase acidity by 0.1%.

10% silicone, food-grade emulsion designed to control foam. Will work similar to Fermcap.

A vegetable oil foam controller, effective in blow-off buckets. 1 oz. in a barrel will provide excellent foam suppression for 14 days.
